Warranty & Returns
Used-device condition and after-sales terms can vary by lot and order. The warranty, claim and return terms that apply to a purchase must be confirmed in the accepted written quotation or order documents.
Confirm the inspection scope
Before ordering, confirm the agreed cosmetic grade, battery expectations, functionality checks, device status, parts or repair requirements and any permitted exceptions. Product images on the website identify models and do not define the condition of a shipment.
Receiving an order
- Inspect package count and visible shipping condition promptly.
- Check products against the agreed model list and inspection terms.
- Keep packaging, device identifiers, photos, videos and test records relevant to any claim.
- Notify the sales contact within the claim period stated in the order documents.
Claims and return authorization
Provide the order reference, affected quantity, device identifiers, issue description and supporting evidence requested for review. Do not return products without written return instructions or authorization. The approved resolution, return destination, freight responsibility and any credit or replacement arrangement will follow the applicable written terms.
Exclusions
Any exclusions relating to disclosed condition, accepted grade variation, buyer handling, unauthorized repair, misuse, software, carrier or regional compatibility, transit responsibility or third-party service must be stated or interpreted according to the final transaction documents and applicable law.
Contact
For an order-specific question, contact [email protected] and include the relevant quotation or order reference.
RECEIVING & CLAIMS
Document a discrepancy while the batch is traceable.
1. Check on arrival
Record carton condition, counts and model mix against the packing list. Keep outer labels and packing until the review is complete.
2. Separate exceptions
Group affected units by issue and preserve device identifiers where lawful. Photograph the relevant fault, not only the carton.
3. Contact the team
Email the order reference, unit count, issue summary and supporting evidence. Do not return goods before receiving instructions.
The applicable inspection period, warranty scope, exclusions and remedy must be confirmed in the accepted quotation or sales agreement; this page does not create a universal warranty.
