Shipping & Payment

Shipping and payment arrangements vary by order, destination and available lot. The final requirements and responsibilities are confirmed in the written quotation or order documents.

Before payment

  • Confirm the seller contact and payment instructions through verified correspondence.
  • Review models, quantities, condition, configuration, packing and inspection requirements.
  • Confirm currency, payment schedule, bank charges and any required transaction documents.
  • Do not rely on payment instructions received from an unverified or newly changed contact.

Shipping arrangements

Available shipping methods, carrier arrangements, dispatch location, trade terms, insurance, documentation and estimated timing are discussed for the destination. Dispatch estimates begin only after the agreed payment and order conditions have been satisfied.

Import duties and destination requirements

The buyer should identify applicable import permits, product restrictions, taxes, duties, customs procedures and local compliance requirements. Responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and taxes must be stated in the written order terms.

Packing and documents

Discuss packing format, labels, device lists, commercial documents and any special handling requirements before order confirmation. Documents supplied depend on the agreed transaction and destination.

Request an order-specific quotation

Send the model list, estimated quantities and destination through the wholesale enquiry form or email [email protected].

ORDER DOCUMENTS

What the written quotation should settle.

Shipping method, payment route and delivery responsibilities vary by transaction. Do not infer them from a product page. Before sending funds, check the beneficiary and company details using a known contact channel, not only a new message with changed bank information.

International battery and used-device transport rules depend on route and carrier. Confirm the applicable route before dispatch rather than assuming a standard parcel shipment.
