Why does exact identification matter?

XR is not an abbreviation of XS, and XS Max is not simply another color of XS. Confirm the full model name, capacity and regional model number when your resale listing depends on them.

Which condition points are most important?

Request the offered lot’s battery criterion and a description of screen quality, Face ID, cameras, charging and any parts history. Decide in advance whether repairs or mixed cosmetic grades are acceptable.

Is an older generation right for your market?

Check current customer demand and the software and network requirements of the destination market before committing to volume. Ask for written batch terms rather than treating an original Apple specification as evidence of current stock.

Screen and model identification

XR, X and XS need different acceptance briefs.

The four X-family names can look similar in a spreadsheet. Treat each model as its own line item so display type, size and resale positioning do not disappear inside a blended price.

XR is a separate display choice

If the resale channel requires a particular screen technology, do not let “X-series” stand in for XR, X or XS. Confirm the exact model number and screen acceptance criteria in the proposed lot.

Older Face ID devices need a clear fault policy

Ask how Face ID, screen quality, battery, cameras and charging are described. Decide whether repaired devices, replacement screens or mixed grades can be included, and document any exceptions before comparing offers.
