B2B DEVICE ACQUISITION
We Buy Used & Broken iPhones in Bulk
Our bonded-zone factory has iPhone repair capability. We review and buy used, damaged and non-working iPhone lots for repair or parts recovery. Send a model and condition list so our procurement team can assess the batch before any handover.
START WITH THE LOT
How we assess and buy repairable lots.
We focus on the information that determines whether a device batch can be evaluated, repaired, resold or used for parts. An online description is a starting point, not a final valuation.
01 / MIX
Models and quantities
List model, capacity, region and estimated units. Separate functional phones from faulty units where possible.
02 / CONDITION
Known issues
Describe screens, back glass, charging, cameras, battery and any earlier repairs. Useful photos can follow in the discussion.
03 / STATUS
Ownership and account locks
Confirm the source of the devices and whether Find My, Activation Lock and any organisation management can be removed.
ACCEPTANCE SCOPE
What can be considered?
Examples below are review categories, not an unconditional promise to purchase. The exact device mix, safety status, provenance and economics determine the decision.
Do not send a locked or unsafe batch.
Apple advises buyers not to take ownership of devices protected by Activation Lock. If a battery is swollen, punctured, overheating or otherwise damaged, stop and discuss safe handling before moving it.
- Used and workingFunctioning devices with cosmetic wear, mixed capacities or battery variation.
- Repair candidatesScreen, back-glass, charging or camera issues that can be assessed from a lot list and later inspection.
- Parts-only candidatesSome non-working units may have value, subject to provenance, device status and legal handling.
- Not eligible for routine intakeUnreleased account locks, unclear ownership, or unsafe batteries. Do not dispatch these on the assumption they will be accepted.
HOW A LOT MOVES
From list to agreed terms.
There is no fixed online price for a mixed-condition lot. Each stage narrows the uncertainty before either side commits.
Send the manifest
Models, counts, known faults, location and account status.
Initial review
We identify missing information and discuss whether the batch fits the intended route.
Agree inspection
Scope, logistics, grading and price basis are agreed before transfer.
Confirm the outcome
Final acceptance, exceptions and settlement follow the written agreement for that lot.
PREPARE THE DEVICES
Make the offer easier to assess.
Clear records protect both sides. Remove personal data and account ties through the proper owner-controlled process before transfer; do not share Apple Account passwords with us.
For cross-border or parts-only shipments, classification and carriage need to be checked before dispatch. A broken phone may not be treated the same way as a tested second-hand device.

- Device manifestModel, capacity, quantity, region and a simple issue code per group.
- ImagesOverall batch view plus representative damage and device-status screens, shared privately after contact.
- ProvenanceSeller identity and proof of lawful ownership or authorised disposal route.
- SafetyIdentify swollen or damaged batteries separately; do not place them in ordinary air cargo.
PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS
Before we buy a lot.
These answers set expectations; exact terms are agreed for the actual batch.
Do you buy phones with cracked screens?
They can be submitted for review. The model mix, other faults, account status and likely repair cost determine whether an offer is possible.
Will you quote a price per phone from the form?
No fixed price is implied. A first review may need representative photos or inspection before an agreed lot valuation.
Can I send iCloud-locked devices?
Do not send devices still protected by Activation Lock. The rightful owner must remove account ties before transfer.
Can I ship a damaged battery device to Hong Kong?
Do not arrange shipment before the battery condition and route are reviewed. Carrier and waste-control rules may apply.
Do you accept a mixed-model batch?
Yes, describe each model group and approximate quantity separately so the lot can be reviewed accurately.
SUPPLIER MANIFEST
Make a mixed lot assessable before transport.
For each group of devices, provide model, capacity, region, estimated count, working status, known fault and account/management status. Separate swollen or damaged batteries from normal stock and discuss safe handling before shipment.
We may ask for representative photographs and lawful-source documentation. Final scope, inspection method, variance handling and price basis are agreed for that lot; submitting a form is not an acceptance to buy.

MANIFEST EXAMPLE
Use these columns when you prepare a list.
| Model | Capacity / region | Count | Working status | Known issue | Account status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| iPhone 13 | 128GB / region to confirm | 100 estimated | Mixed | 20 screen faults, 10 battery issues | Removal to be confirmed |
This row is only an example of how to describe a lot. Do not put personal data or account passwords in the form.
BULK BUYBACK ASSESSMENT
Why two broken-phone lots cannot share one fixed price.
“Broken iPhone” can mean a cracked cosmetic surface, a replaceable functional part, a non-booting device or a phone that cannot be lawfully transferred. These cases have different inspection, repair, parts-recovery and safety implications. A useful initial offer therefore starts with the distribution of faults, not a single average price.
| Lot group | Seller information to provide | Question before a purchase decision |
|---|---|---|
| Working with cosmetic damage | Model count and representative wear photos | Is the damage only exterior, or does it affect display/touch? |
| Repair candidates | Known screen, battery, camera or charging faults | Are other functions and account status known? |
| Non-working / parts candidates | Power-on status, prior repair, missing components | What can be verified before assigning a recovery route? |
| Restricted or unsafe devices | Lock status, ownership evidence, battery hazard | Can the lot be lawfully and safely accepted or transported? |
The groups are review categories, not guaranteed intake or a published price list. No device should be shipped until the route and written terms are agreed.
SELLER PREPARATION
A clean manifest reduces valuation disputes.
Separate functional devices from each major fault group and count the units per model and capacity. Where the exact fault is unknown, say “not tested” instead of guessing. Include the city where the lot is held and whether a representative sample can be inspected.
Keep evidence of lawful source and confirm how account ties and device management will be removed. Do not send passwords or personal data through the public form. For a device with a swollen, punctured or overheating battery, stop normal packing and discuss a safe handling route separately.
Before handing over a lot
- Agree whether the quote is based on a manifest, sample or full inspection.
- Agree how count and condition differences change the offer.
- Identify who arranges transport and handles battery restrictions.
- Confirm the lawful ownership and data-removal responsibilities.
- Record the accepted result and settlement basis in writing.
Apple’s device preparation guidance explains owner-controlled erasure and account removal. Its pre-owned device guide cautions against accepting Activation Locked devices. Rules for shipment and waste classification depend on route and status; check them before dispatch.
NEXT STEP
Send a lot we can actually evaluate.
Use the blank lot manifest to group models, estimated quantities, faults and lock status. Submit the summary through the form above, then share detailed photos and documents privately when requested. The website does not publish a fixed buyback price, minimum lot size or automatic acceptance rule.
SUPPLY A LOT FOR PROCUREMENT
Offer a lot for our review.
A model list and a few honest condition notes let us assess whether a batch is worth discussing. Please do not ship devices before we agree a route and terms.
Online submission is temporarily unavailable. Email [email protected].
Details received. Our team will review the request and reply using the contact information provided.
For lot suppliers
Make a repair lot assessable.
Separate devices by model, fault and account status. A consistent manifest helps us review the actual quantity and agree inspection and collection terms before any movement.
Do not include personal data or full device identifiers in a public form. A manifest is not a purchase offer or acceptance.
